• Account data: email address and authentication details provided via our identity provider.
• Resume and job content: resume text, job descriptions, and related inputs you submit for analysis.
• Usage and diagnostics: basic logs to operate and secure the Services (for example request timing, error rates).

How We Use Information

• To provide features like resume parsing, job matching, score improvement, and PDF export.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
• To respond to support requests.

AI and Model Improvement

Moeen uses AI to generate analyses and recommendations. You can control whether your submitted content may be used to improve Moeen’s models and features (“Data Training”) in the app settings and during onboarding.

• If Data Training is enabled, we may use your submitted content to improve our quality and to train or fine-tune internal models, subject to this policy.
• If Data Training is disabled, we will not use your submitted content for model training.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Services (for example hosting and AI infrastructure). We don’t sell your personal information.

Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Your Choices

• You can turn Data Training on/off in the Moeen app at any time (Settings → Privacy).
• You can request deletion of your data by contacting [email protected].
